予想外の状況に備えた「次の思考」を軸に、プランAの段階から想定された柔軟な選択肢である「Plan B」と、「Bee（ミツバチ）」が象徴する、個が柔軟に役割を変えながら協働するチームの姿勢の意味を重ねて構成。
文字としての“B”を視認できるようにしつつ、柔軟さをミツバチが自由に飛んでいる姿で表現したロゴを制作。
